The Young Enterprise team at Brimsham Green School, that we sponsor, took part in the area heats on Thursday 23rd March at Bristol Cathedral. Up against 13 other teams, they were judged on the appearance of their trade stand and in a Dragon’s Den style presentation followed by questioning from the judges. There was a variety of different teams from many schools, offering a wide range of different products or services – but Brimsham Green’s trade stand definitely stood out! The team managed to get through to the area finals – meaning that they will now have to present their trade stand and a 10 page company report on the 3rd of May, to a large audience of over 100 people! We are very proud of how hard the team have worked and wish them the best of luck during the next stage of the competition!
The Young Enterprise team designed a range of pixel art frames, with a variety of different cartoon/animated characters made out of Lego and put into frames. These have proved to be very popular with people of all ages and could be a great gift for children and teenagers especially. We will now be selling a limited number of these frames from our shop here at Marshfield Bakery at just £10 each, as well as being able to purchase these through eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/aquilaenterprises20160?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 ). Get yours whilst stocks last! As well as the designs of current cartoon/animated characters, the team are able to produce personalised designs on request at the price of £12.50, subject to stocks of lego!
