A fourth generation mill supplying quality flours, such as our English Plain and Self Raising, which have been supplied to us for over 15 years.

Tate & Lyle
This favourite brand of Golden Syrup has been used by us ever since we made our first batch of flapjacks nearly 30 years ago. Instead of buying small tins from retailers, we now take pallets filled with much larger containers, but the quality is still the same!
Kent Foods – All our sugar is supplied by British Sugar – granulated, caster and Demerara.
Morning Foods Oats
The consistency and quality of their rolled oats enables us to create fantastic flapjacks, batch after batch.
Wilkin and Son, Tiptree
We are proud to exclusively use these jams in our shortbreads. Tremendous colour and taste, all with completely natural ingredients, no added flavours.
