Our Products

All our products are still largely hand made by our very experienced staff. We use the finest quality local and regional ingredients such as Somerset farmhouse butter, free range eggs and flour from the Wessex Mill.

Gift Items

	Presentation Gift Tin A beautiful high quality gift tin, which can be enjoyed for years to come. Contains 20 of our best-selling wrapped mini snack bars or seasonal goods (check for availability)
	Gift Bag A clear, high gloss bag containing a selection of either 5 or 10 of shortbread and flapjack mini snack bars.

Snack bars and Traybakes

Available individually wrapped or in retail display boxes as well as gift packs. Standard bars, Mini bars or bulk wrapped. Traybakes for the foodservice and catering market.

	Butter Shortbread Our award winning shortbread made with local farmhouse butter and finished with a light sprinkling of sugar.
	Caramel Shortbread Shortbread base with a layer of smooth hand made caramel and a chocolate flavour topping.
	Cherry Shortbread Award winning shortbread with wonderful whole and broken glace cherries.
	Chocolate Chip Shortbread Melt in your mouth shortbread liberally filled with dark chocolate pieces.
	Strawberry Shortbread Award winning butter shortbread with a layer of the finest strawberry preserve.
	Blackcurrant Shortbread Just like the above with a layer of tangy blackcurrant preserve.
	Lemon Shortbread To complete the set of layered shortbreads, this has a layer of fantastic lemon curd, made with butter and whole egg.s
	Marshfield Honeycomb Tiffin Crunchy biscuit,  juicy sultanas, crisp honeycomb pieces and chocolate in our twist on this classic fridge bar.
	Marshfield Brownie Our own chewy real chocolate and west country butter Brownie.
	Plain Flapjack Made to a traditional family recipe with pure oats, golden syrup and cane sugar.
	Chocolate Sultana Flapjack Our great flapjack with juicy sultanas and covered with our chocolate flavour topping.
	Ginger Flapjack Traditional rich flapjack with the finest stem ginger pieces and topped with 'squiggles' of chocolate.
	Apple & Coconut Flapjack A flapjack made with honey and added apple pieces and coconut.
	Fruity Flapjack A five fruit chewy flapjack with sunflower seeds.
	Christmas Flapjack Our family flapjack but with our own recipe hand made mincemeat. Seasonal availability - mid October to Christmas.

Cakes

From a traditional Farmhouse fruitcake to rich, dark celebration cakes - all are baked by hand in small batches and in a variety of shapes and sizes, including our mini 3.5 inch round cake or individually wrapped loaf cake slices. All fruitcakes have a shelf-life in excess of six months.

	Rich Fruitcake Our own recipe moist rich fruitcake. Available round – 3.5, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 10 inch, or square – 6, 8 or 10 inch cakes. Fruitcake weight range between 350g - 3kg
	Loafcake A high fruit farmhouse loaf, developed in our kitchen. Available as a whole cake or as individually wrapped slices.
	Maggie Ramage A 1940s English country recipe butter fruitcake to serve with cheese. Available packaged as a whole loafcake.
	Wadworth 6X Cake A rich fruitcake loaf enhanced with the malty flavour of West Country 6X ale produced by local brewery, Wadworth of Devizes.

Biscuits

Biscuits A range of all butter based biscuits including: Lemon, Chocolate & Orange, Currant & Cassia, Raspberry, Chocolate, Ginger or Plain Butter. Packed in individual twin packs or sleeves of 15.

Seasonal Goods

All seasonal goods are available in our presentation gift tins (see gift items above), and as detailed below.

	Mince Pies Our very own hand made mince meat with hand rolled butter pastry. Available in gift packs of 6 mince pies, catering trays of 15 mince pies and individually wrapped.
	Easter Biscuits Traditional crisp biscuit with currants. Available in gift bags of 6 biscuits
